classes will take place all July & August. 
On demand classes will be held also in autumn.

• MONDAYS, 7-8 am: MORNING YOGA
  Hatha Yoga to start your day right. All levels welcome. Bring your own mat.

• THURSDAYS, 12.15-12.45 am: RELAX Shoulders, Neck & Spine
  Everyone welcome. No mat needed.

registration is possible 1 week prior to the class and closes 24 hours in advance.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the class will be canceled (we will inform you by email or whatsapp).

• Yoga 60': 15€ regular | 11€ reduced*

• Relax Shoulders, Neck & Spine 30': 10€ regular | 7€ reduced*

Billing is always carried out directly by the trainers.

the classes take place indoor (lobby, Floor -1 Event centre NOBIS) or outdoor (terrace, Floor 1 Coworking space startbade Brunico)

All classes will be held in english
however, the teacher can offer translations into german and italian if needed.
